A note from Clint.
I'm Clint Goodrich, and I build FirstPeak Studio out of the Sierra foothills. Before this, I helped build El Dorado Hills Neighbors, a local platform that spent years earning the trust of this market. That is where FirstPeak comes from, and it is why we work the way we do: honestly, measured in calls and booked work, never in vanity metrics.
We serve the full Sacramento-to-Tahoe corridor, from El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Cameron Park, and Placerville to Granite Bay, Roseville, Sacramento, and the Lake Tahoe communities, plus nearby Davis and Fairfield. We build the website first, because the site is the foundation everything else stands on, then add marketing only when a business is ready for it.
